Your first impression when you take a sip of The Valley is the superior mouth feel. It is incredibly smooth. Gliding over your palate, aromatic juniper is introduced along with subtle coriander and citrus notes. An undertone of licorice, cassia and wild fennel seeds provide sweetness and spice which is then rounded off with the peppery, slightly bitter bite of kawakawa at the tail.
This is a complex and many layered gin which starts cool and traditional and ends with a uniquely flavoured, slow and satisfying warmth.
